TDC's approach is practitioner-led. Engagements are architected and delivered by senior operators who translate strategy into governance, governance into code, and code into outcomes. The firm does not sell a framework; it delivers the work itself.

Founded in April 2026 and registered in Wyoming, TDC consolidates over two decades of principal-level delivery experience into a single, senior-led advisory practice.
