D1
Discover
Radical Due Diligence
We map what others overlook: across tech, politics, and people.

We map what others miss: hidden blockers, decision gaps, readiness risks, across tech, teams, and tension. You cannot solve what you have not surfaced. Discovery at TDC is not a checklist exercise. It is a structured confrontation with the uncomfortable truths that every enterprise transformation must reckon with before a single architecture decision is made.

Key Deliverables
  • Stakeholder map with influence dynamics
  • Risk radar (technical and organizational)
  • Gap assessment: real versus assumed readiness
  • Culture indicators: resistance, fatigue, ownership
Discovery without depth is theatre.Discovery with TDC is ignition.
D2
Design
Architecture with Consequence
Blueprints that hold under real pressure, not slides for approval.

No blueprints for show. We co-design transformation logic that fits the actual system: its politics, its pressure, its legacy footprint, its regulatory perimeter. Architecture at TDC is built to survive first contact with operational reality. Compliance requirements are embedded as architectural primitives, never bolted on after the fact. Governance is designed into the operating model, not into a policy document.

Key Deliverables
  • Transformation blueprint
  • Change impact analysis
  • Risk mitigation strategy
  • Implementation roadmap
Design without context crumbles.Design with TDC endures.
D3
Deliver
Execution with Spine
No noise. No drift. Just accountable momentum.

We execute with rhythm, checkpoints, and ruthless prioritization. No chaos, no drift, just momentum with accountability. Risks are escalated before they become escalations. Testing is structural, not ceremonial. Cutover is rehearsed, measured, and never improvised. Every milestone is defensible, to a regulator, an auditor, or an executive chair.

Key Deliverables
  • Value stream activation
  • Progress tracking framework
  • Accountability matrix
  • Success metrics dashboard
Delivery without direction dissipates.Delivery with TDC accelerates.
D4
Drive
Anchor the Change
We embed. We transfer. So transformation doesn't vanish after go-live.

Go-live is not the end. We embed structures, transfer ownership, and ensure change does not vanish under the next reorganization. Behavioral anchoring and governance transfer ensure transformation sticks. Governance roles are named, staffed, and accountable before handover. Capability is transferred, not retained. The program succeeds when the client no longer needs TDC in the room.

Key Deliverables
  • Behavioral anchoring framework
  • Governance transfer protocols
  • Capability transfer plan
  • Sustainability framework
  • Leadership enablement toolkit
  • Long-term success indicators
Change without anchoring fades.Change with TDC transforms.

Integrated practice areas.
One accountable partner.

Each engagement is scoped around the client's constraints, compliance obligations, and people, never around a template. Engagements are architected and delivered by a senior operator who has personally translated strategy into code, governance into audit-ready controls, and transformation into operating reality.

Pillar III · Intelligence Lab

Intelligence engines
with embedded machine learning.

In Active Development

The TDC Intelligence Labis the firm's applied-research program, developing intelligence engines with embedded machine learning, focused on human-centered digital health technology.

The work sits at the intersection of AI systems, personal health intelligence, and human empowerment: structured models that translate individual data, behaviors, and goals into actionable, user-centered guidance. The research is self-directed, practitioner-led, and independently developed. Disciplined exploration rather than venture-driven product racing.

This work is not a separate venture. It is the methodological foundation that informs how TDC designs AI governance frameworks and human-centered systems for its advisory clients today. A consumer-facing platform is in active development, with initial rollout anticipated beyond 2026 and subsequent B2B expansion.

Firm Profile

A practice built for
regulated complexity.

TDC Digital Advisory LLC is a Wyoming-based advisory and applied-research practice serving enterprise clients where regulation, technology, and human behavior actually meet.

The firm operates across four business domains defined in its Operating Agreement: strategic advisory, management consulting, digital transformation services, and the development of digital and health-related solutions.

TDC's approach is practitioner-led. Engagements are architected and delivered by senior operators who translate strategy into governance, governance into code, and code into outcomes. The firm does not sell a framework; it delivers the work itself.

Founded in April 2026 and registered in Wyoming, TDC consolidates over two decades of principal-level delivery experience into a single, senior-led advisory practice. The firm serves clients across banking, insurance, pharma & life sciences, industrial manufacturing, telecommunications, and automotive supply chains. These are industries that share one common quality: the cost of getting it wrong is existential.

In parallel, the firm's Intelligence Lab operates an ongoing applied-research program, developing intelligence engines with embedded machine learning, focused on human-centered digital health technology. This work informs the firm's client-facing methodology and represents the firm's forward-looking investment in its own intellectual capital.
